Inverter error light

My inverter is displaying a red lightening bolt indicating an error....any advice please...?

ONEIL it could be one of lots of things. Have a look at the givenergy portal, inverter, notifications, see what errors are logged there

Then try powering down and restarting your inverter. Follow the instructions your installer left you, or in the Givenergy installation guide (google it if need be).

But it doesn't sound good. May well be a call to your installer in the first instance. You could go to GivEnergy support but they expect first level support is done by the installer
