Continuous lack of reply from Support

My GivEnergy installation has not been working properly since July, I've mailed the support address numerous times, I get a ticket number back, but never any reply.

Does nayone have any other way of contacting them?

When was your installation commissioned? It may be worth going back to your installer in the first instance

I find whatsapp works ... it's not quick but at least you can get on with other stuff whilst waiting
