I seem to be having problems with accessing dashboards and information, I don't believe there are any problems with the hardware. Electricity bills show that the solar is working.

In the GivEnergy app, our battery shows 0%, and there is perfect graph data from the beginning of the year until 13th July, when it just stops. The physical battery lights show it's 100% full, and the power usage graphs indicate that it's all coming from sunlight, with a little battery (as I would expect at this time of year). It's also showing zero coming from the grid (inevitably we draw a tiny amount now and then)

Looking online I found the existence of the webportal, and registered there, in case that showed me different information, but when I try to look at a dashboard there I just get error code "500 The server encountered an error when trying to load this page. Please try again"

Is there some way of resetting the app or dashboard? I couldn't find any instructions in the app, or in the pdf manual I found online.

Kelanen what sort of equipment do you have?

it sounds like it could be a comms issue between your battery and the inverter. If its older hybrid or AC coupled inverters then the battery comms lead (a thin black wire) just plugs in to the bottom of the inverter and isn’t clipped in. If it has come dislodged then this would be a reason why the battery lights show full but the inverter shows 0%.

If it is the comms cable then you can carefully remove the black cover that the lead goes through and plug it back in again. I had this happen to mine and I then secured the cable with a cable tie so that its weight was supported and wasn’t pulling down.

Or you can get your installer to come and do this.

Access to the webportal should have been done by your installer when he set your equipment up because the account has to be linked to your equipment. I don’t believe you can create an account yourself. That might be why you are getting a 500 error.
Suggest you raise this with your installer who should still have remote access to your equipment.
