I have been trying to set up the Smart Tariff, but I keep on getting the error "Unable to find a valid tariff code".
I use Octopus Energy as my supplier for both consumed electricity and exported electricity.
Does anyone know what the issue could be
Thanks

Alcotedetage Out of interest, which tariff are you on? I'm a little skeptical about the benefit of these smart tariffs over just configuring things statically. Though there would be a benefit if your system has limited charging slots, in which case more dynamic support is useful.

Hi DD
I am on Intelligent Octopus Go.
Yes I do have fixed low cost timeslots, but also thinking that in the future they will start to become more dynamic with the increase of users of Solar, Batteries and Electric Cars.

I have found it takes 24 hours to update. I moved from IOF to octopus go and it didn't show up until the next day.
