Not sure if anyone else has seen this but my neighbours Hybrid Inverter on Octopus IOF tariff started behaving strangely since the 10th Oct. Looking in the logs it appears that Octopus are no longer sending "AC Charge Upper % Limit" changes to step the charge periods, they have switched to using "AC charge 1 SOC % Limit". Which in theory should do the same thing. However, the last setting of the old register was unfortunately 20% and they never reset it to 100% (or turned off the limit switch) so charging reached 20% and then just trickle charged.
Being locked out of the portal settings prevented easy correction of the problem by any means BUT the phone app still allowed a reset to defaults so just wanted to highlight this for anyone else suffering the same issue.
My AIO is currently unaffected by this issue as "AC Charge Upper % Limit" is still being used so the change appears to be system specific.
