9.5kwh in, 8.5kwh out

I know that the way in which givenergy calculate the energy graphs have been updated.
So I want to check that this is now expected.

For several days I've been using all my battery capacity up.

The 9.5kwh battery charges up with 9.5kwh of electricity at night, but only 8.5kwh comes out during the day.
Is this expected? IE the missing 1kwh is considered a loss, or should I ask givenergy to calibrate my battery?

NSR2 if you are getting 8.5kWh out for 9.5kWh in, then that’s about 10% loss which is quite good really, 10-20% round trip losses is not untypical.

You can initiate a recalibration yourself any time in the portal if you want to

How do you schedule a battery calibration?
I've found a control, but it doesn't let me set anything.

NSR2 be aware that once you initiate a calibration you can’t stop or cancel it. The calibration will do a full discharge then a full recharge, so choose the time you start the calibration to take account of your import/export rates.

You can vary the charge and discharge rate during the calibration though to slow it down if need be

If you are on later firmware (3017 through 3020), the battery should self calibrate and balance when fully charged.

Over the last 18 months, this is my daily average fill and discharge rates. 8.17 in, 7.76 out
