How to stop automation

I have my inverter set to "no automation" but it's still changed my charging slot overnight. Any ideas how to stop that?

Hi this is just a user forum for others who have GivEnergy kit. You really need to say what kit you have and what tariff you are on. Where/how did you set "no automation"

Hi. I have a GivEnergy inverter GIV-AC3.0 linked (using the GivEnergy app) to Octopus Agile. I used the Smart Tariff Legacy option in the app to set the automation to "none". I also turned off the "eco" option but the charging slot I set was changed overnight.

Can you look at the portal and remote control history to see where commands are coming from.

Is Agile taking control? (I dont know how Agile works and if you have given control to Octo)

SteveCook Agile doesn’t control your inverter, I think its the smart tariff in the portal that is controlling the inverter

I assume it is account settings/security/api key and delete the api key that the smart tariff card is using?

Thanks for the contributions. looks like there's a fight going on. I've got "server" making changes based on "smart tariff API" which are then overridden an hour or two later by "GivEnergy-Octopus S". I'm not sure who's winning but it's not me.
