Blue Flashing Light between Utility & Centre Dot - GivEnergy EV Charger

Hi All,

I'm just reaching out regarding a potential issue. Admittedly I don't really use my EV Charger all that much (more for friends and family who potentially need it). However, today I noticed the EV Charger had gone "offline". After turning off/on, the charger is now connected again, but it's constantly flashing blue between Utility & Centre Dot (Arrows in/out). I'm not seeing any errors, just checking that this is normal, as I could have sworn previously it was a constant/stationary Blue Dot only in the past.

Any help appreciated.

Hi Duplada, thanks for this I did see it however the WIFI IS connected and I can see it on the App and Website. This video seems to indicate that they should flash, showing that they are awaiting a charge? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SEdO9xA2TKk . Having said this, it has been sunny this morning, but still only showing the Utility. There are no errors showing, but like I said, it is definitely showing as connected. Ialso tried reseting/restarting but still it flashes. I've also reached out GivEnergy support but their support recently has been absolute terrible.

devonguyuk I had a problem with mine misbehaving, no matter what I did with the settings and switching on/off resetting etc, it would only charge at 1.4amps. In the end I used the APP to uninstall and reinstall and then it started to behave properly again.
