I have a HY3.6, a 9.5kw and 2 x 5.2kw batteries.
My dashboard (web and android) reports seeing TWO batteries not three (which it has done up until recently).
Interestingly, the amount of battery reported is 19.9 kw which is correct.
Can anyone tell me where I can see all three batteries reported?

As a follow up, here is the Android screen shot
Is it maybe worth restarting the battery and then restarting the inverter if it doesn't show up after that? I presume all three batteries were listed before.

The 9.5 has a black on/off button high on RHS. Press and hold it should then beep. Let go and it should go off.

I found the buttons and pressed. 2 switched off and then back on without problem. One 5.2 won't switch off,
I then reset the inverter, again with no change on the web page but androind now only report the 9.5 batter and no secondaries.

AND THEN, AS IF BY MAGIC (AND A BIT IF SWEARING), IT ALL WORKED.

When I first had my 9.5 the on/off switch would not work. I spoke to GivEnergy and they sent me a firmware file that I had to put on the USB stick that was inside and fully power down by pulling a connector off the circuit board (they talked me though this and sent photos).
When the connector was put back on and everything rebooted the on/off button worked.
Check everything is on the latest firmware
I have had a similar issue for over a year where my primary 9.5Kw battery disappears randomly and then comes back. The reported battery value is correct. GE say it's due to a battery on someone elses system has the same serial number. They are waiting the other person to confirm their serial number before sorting it out and I'm still waiting.
