I received an email from externalconsumercalls@givenergygroup.zohodesk.eu asking me about an issue I raised with GE a couple of months ago regarding me being unable to login to the portal. I spoke to GE and they are investigating. Has anyone else had an email like this?
E-mail seems to be legit.
It looks like GivEnergy is using Zohodesk ticketing and customer support system. That's GE page at Zohodesk:

You can create an account there and submit tickets to GE engineers to work on.
Might be comforting to customers to use a "support@something".givenergy.co.uk email address. It's a trivial dns and email server configuration task.
