I have sent 2 emails to Givenergy regarding hardware and the new extended warranty. They are not responding to emails.

"I have recently signed up for your extended warranty 2025-09-16 and see that in the hardware listing you have included the two original batteries but not the inverter. A new inverter was fitted on 2nd Sept 2025 by XXXXX Ltd. Could this be added to the warranty as I see that inverters are included in the Warranty information hardware."

Any advice on how to get a response from them.

Many thanks

paulblackmore your installer should be responsible for registering your inverter onto your account as part of the commissioning process, not you!

Chase them

geoffreycoan Not for the extended part. That's down to GE. I had an identical problem in 2023 and the installer chased GE (he phoned them while I was there) and the 10 years extended warranty appeared the next day. Prior to that it was only 5 years.

Of course that was when GE had functioning customer support, which they no longer do.

Vestas & Geoffrey: Thank you both. I will continue to chase them but they are not too keen on communication.
Many thanks, Pau.
