After GE checked my inverter it now only discharges at a max of 74w any body have an idea how to change this as after a week trying to get a response I am getting a tad annoyed as it is probably a 2 second job

What settings are you on?
What tariff are you on

Have you looked in the portal
My Inverter LHS
Settings middle of top of screen
Battery Options - check the charge and discharge rates are what you want and hit SUBMIT
Is ECO enabled?

From My Inverter, the remote control is the gears icon in the top right.
