The GE app on Android 15 stopped working so I cleared cache, cleared data, uninstalled it and when I tried to reinstall it from Aurora I got this error:
Could not get files.
Has something gone wrong with the app?
app stopped functioning

Sorry no idea? Maybe reboot phone and try install again?

SteveCook I tried that but nothing changed. It's weird because everything else works just not the GE app.
There was an OS update a couple of days ago and it seems to be since then but why is it only GE that doesn't work.

Marren2016 you could try downloading the GivEnergy apk from apkpure.com if you can't get it from Aurora and don't want to use the Google Play Store.

I've just been to apkpure and when I GOTO the downloaded file (.xapk) the phone doesn't know what to do with it.
Not seen this from apkpure before.

Marren2016 You could try renaming the file with a .apk extension, ie remove the 'x'. I've seen other downloads (.exe files, not .apk files) where they add a letter to the extension to avoid falling foul of antivirus programs...

After doing some digging it appears the OS update was buggy so they released another OS update which has sorted it.
I'm using a BRAX3 degoogled phone.
