System has decided to bork itself

Hi, currently on holiday so unable to flick switches etc.

System has decided to ignore all the solar generation today apparently (17kwh shown on the solaredge inverter) and instead has decided to ravage the battery (pretty much near zero use as no one is there)

I’ve used the givenergy online portal to reset the inverter (twice) but to no effect.

Any thoughts on what I can do remotely, or is the only solution to withdraw to orbit and nuke from a safe distance?

Scubado You could give either givenergy or your installer a call? Either should be able to force some remote control. If they can't (because it's your wifi or whatever), it may be that what you're seeing is just your plant guilt-tripping you for having a holiday and maybe it's working perfectly, just teasing you that it's not playing ball with the battery! Good luck. I'm away tomorrow for a few days and hoping that my plant will play nicely while I'm away.
