Latest v1.14 firmware - what's new??

I've just seen that my EVC has has it's firmware upgraded from v1.12 (what it shipped with) to v1.14.

Anyone have any idea of what is new?

A Google Gemini AI surfaces info saying that modbus control is finally enabled but the Givenergy webpage-,1.,delay%20parameter%2C%20for%20scheduled%20timings) where the apparently this info originates only details upto v1.12.

I just want to be able to have local modbus control of my EVC in Home Assistant through the GivTCP addon. _Enabling the modbus setting in GivTCP still fails to work for me with this new firmware version.

I just logged in and saw it had been updated.

Co-incidentally, i did email Support upgrade from 1.12 to 1.13 (to order to have the modbus over ethernet functionality) in mid September but never heard anything back. I dont know if me receiving 1.14 is related to that.

Hi. Under the EV Charger menu option of the app, then choose Settings button on bottom right, then EV Charger Information. You should then see firmware version which end in a number eg 1.12
