Can't charge above 1215w

Hi, I have a 5kw inverter with 2 x 9kw batteries and 1 x 5 kw battery (Installed 18 months also). I have been getting the 'BMS communication Faliure' message if I set the battery to charge or discharge above 1215w (max should be 3.6kw).

At 1215w the system seem stable but even going the the next setting of 1458w (charge or discarge) the BMS error keeps happening. Any ideas. I have tried Customer support twice this week buy I only get so far before they say "all operatives are busy, please call back later". My installed does not want to know. Does anyone have and ideas?

Lorne you could try powering everything down and then back up again, but if you are getting a BMS error and can’t increase the power settings then this sounds like a job for Givenergy support.
