I have an error on one of my inverters 'Battery Voltage High'
Before i call this in, does anyone know what this means and how i can resolve? (wish GE had an error FAQs)

You may possibly have a loose connection somewhere on the DC side

Have you loaded BMS 3007?
Can you offer any of the battery voltage graphs, to see if there is a any correlation with Battery power and voltage spikes/dips

thanks for replying
Still on 3005 (as i cannot get 3007 to load but that's another issue)
Here's a s'shot of the latest data. Error seemed to be cleared over night but just reappeared at 13:43

something odd on the temp reporting

Yeah that dont look right.

Can you get 3007 loaded manually? via USB

Did you ever get this resolved? Having the same issue on my system (3AC & 9.5 Gen2). The system also seems to have rebooted showing 0 for the Battery Firmware version and 0.51kwh battery capacity (It is a 9.5kwh battery). First time this happened in November simply unplugging and plugging back in the dongle solved it but not this time. Guessing the inverter can not read the BMS. Battery is still working but SOC is fluctuating heavily as somewhat expected.

Just an update if anyone else has this problem in the future. Negative temp readings between -15 to -20 mean at battery comms issue (according to GE). Worked out the the orange cable connector to the battery was not pushed fully home. It was allowing power to flow but not communication between the battery and inverter. After doing this and an inverter restart all was back to normal.
