Access issues to system

Username + P/Word not recognised
yet email does??

I presume you mean you cannot login to the portal?
What email are you logging into?

What kit have you got
When was it installed
Did you installer create you a portal login
Were you able to login to your portal before

Are you sure your inverter is online and connected to the internet? Are you using a dongle?

NWD Have you migrated to SSO? You may need to click on the SSO Login button as it is q different authentication system.
