I am seeing a block of a few hours generally in the afternoons reporting temperature readings of about -20 C

Has anyone else seen similar?

Failing temperature sensor or maybe data logging issues?

i have seen the same. I also get an error of battery voltage high (see my other post). I logged a ticket with GE - no reply yet

Milligoon I am having the same issue. Did you ever get this resolved?

Just an update if anyone else has this problem in the future. Negative temp readings between -15 to -20 mean at battery comms issue (according to GE). Worked out the the orange cable connector to the battery was not pushed fully home. It was allowing power to flow but not communication between the battery and inverter. After doing this and an inverter restart all was back to normal.

Sorry for late reply, but a calibration of the battery sorted that out

Cant see why a simple thing such as a temperature measurement should require a calibration to fix it?

Poor or non existant BMS comms.
Will cause the temp to read -20°c or other odd value sometimes 65535°c
