Hi - I am having a problem whereby my Giveenergy app has the battery at 100% all the time. I recall this happening a couple of years ago and Givenergy had to do a remote reset to fix the problem. Best way of contacting them to ask for help? (they dont seem to make it easy!)
Battery stuck at 100%
Download this. I think if you pay a one off £10 it unlocks a lot of features - search the forum
Otherwise you could be waiting a long time.

Could try
Turn everything off
All breakers, dc string isolators, consumer unit breaker to inverter, battery breaker, battery on/off button (hold a couple of seconds and it should beep) etc.
Let all the lights go out and leave for about 30 seconds for all pc board circuits to drain
Turn back on and everything should reboot (battery and inverter)
thanks all for the above - I have a single battery. While showing the battery at 100% it also shows now import from the grid. This is probably a switch everything off - battery and inverter - the whole lot, wiat and switch it all on. Any risks in that or shall I just go forth!?
*no import from the grid
If the battery is stuck at 100% and it is showing no import from the grid it has probably lost the meter connection. Are the portal and/or app showing house load? Do you know where your GivEnergy meter is? It should look something like this or this - almost certainly the first unless you are on a FIT which is unlikely given the age of your kit.
thanks pwdst - I had a look and found that the fuse had tripped in the givenergy meter. I have switched it back on and now have a reading on inputs from grid and battery - I expect my battery will start to reduce now. hopefully resolved. thanks
