Batteries did not discharge overnight

My batteries did not discharge overnight and are still at 100% this morning. Normally the batteries discharge supporting the house consumption.
I have made any changes to the system or added any equipment.
I have a bog standard Hybrid system with two 2.6Kwh batteries.
No EV charger and I have nothing fancy set up in the way of charging/discharging overnight.
The system simply charges up the batteries from the sun during the day and discharges it overnight supporting the house.
The system is run in ECo mode which it is still set to.
I have reported this to Support.

Any ideas of what could have happened.

Are you using the portal to view info
If you are using the portal, check the logs in the Remote Control History to see that commands were given and received.
Can you reset your inverter to default

I have reset the system to default and that seems to have kicked the system back into behaving.

The batteries are now discharging to support the house load as expected until the sun takes over.

Steve, I do not have "Remote Control History", I just have the history files. Mine is an older system.

Anyway it seems the batteries had charged up to 100% yesterday by 4:00pm but then never kicked in to support the house from then when the sun disappeared. I was out last night so didn't check the app as I would normally do.

Load on house currently 266W, battery discharging at 238W with solar making up the rest. Battery charge now showing at 99%, so everything seems back to normal.

Hi. Mine is Gen1 Hy5.0
I thought I would check
On the portal LHS click My Inverter
On top right corner click Remote Control Cog
Scroll down the screen and there used to be a history - now blank???
