Battery disconnected?

I recently noticed that my battery is no longer charging overnight. This happened after a brief power cut.
I am on the Octopus Flux tariff and I set the inverter to charge the battery during the cheap period (02:00-05:00)
The lightning symbol on the inverter was flashing (green) but after an inverter restart is now solid green.
The settings are correct on the inverter, but on physical inspection all the lights on the battery are all OFF.
The lights on the inverter indicating a healthy connection to the battery are OFF.
The circuit breaker between the inverter and the battery appears to be on (up).
All the wiring appears intact.

Any ideas as to why the battery has become "disconnected"?
Any suggestions as to how to fix this?

Is you EM115 getting power and glowing green.
Are you looking on the portal. Are there any comms error notifications?
What battery? Can you press the on/off button to turn it on (9.5 high on RHS)
You could try turning all breakers OFF, DC strings to PV, consumer unit to inverter. Battery DC breaker . Any DC breaker between battery and inverter. Let all lights go out and wait 30 seconds or so for all PC power to drain. Turn back on and battery and inverter should reboot

Battery does not work. 3phase hybrid inverter and 20 kW battery. Solution in the app (cleaning the cache etc) does not work for ios.

Only the green light on the inverter is flashing. Blue lights are off, the battery indicates about 20% charge

I had to shutdown and restart the battery and inverter to solve the problem. It started with a BMS problem

The issue has been resolved. The battery does indeed have a "reset" button on the right hand side (I was not aware of this) and pressing it fixed the problem (I had previously reset the inverter).

its not a reset button, its actually a power button. Press and hold it to turn the battery off or on.

Good to hear you’ve got it resolved. The old turn it off and on again!
