I noticed yesterday that red light was flashing on my AIO and it had not charged overnight as was at 4% level (my minimum set level). This morning no lights at all on the AIO, it dead... can see on app it last charged saturday night. Did a firmware upgrade (successfully) yesterday to see if would fix the issue but to no avail.
Also emailed details to Givenergy customer support yesterday and obviously not heard anything. Tried ringing today but couldnt get past Rachel AI support....
Presume no quick fix and will be left until new year when installer should be back at work...
I guess safe to leave for 2 weeks ? no quick fix ?
