Battery discharging very slowly/bms errors

My 9.52 kwh battery is having some...issues. I have it set to charge fully every night but on the 1st, it stopped charging at 49%. It charged via solar the other day up to 75% (pretty impressive I think for this time of year). It is now discharging at 45-55 w.
I took a look at the json output from givtctp and I see this:
"battery_errors": [ "BMS Over Current", "BMS Under Voltage", "BMS Charge over temperature", "BMS Discharge under temperature" ]. I tried a calibration but it didn't catch. I just went through the logs on the Givenergy portal and at the same time that it stopped charging, it reported "Inverter timeout". I'd also recently signed up for Axle but have now disabled the api token in the portal to eliminate any suspects. Givenergy's self-diagnostic says my inverter is fine. I've tried a force charge and the commands show up in the logs but nothing. The json logs from givtcp says that there is no calibration going on so....
I've already contacted my installer but it's the weekend. Has anyone else encountered an issue like this?

KamenMacKay do you control it using givTCP, or is that just for monitoring?

If you started a calibration or attempted to may still be running but stuck. If you have Home Assistant you can see this in GivTCP. I am away from home at the moment but I think the entity is something like calibration state. Also @Rubikcube's excellent Android app will both allow you to see the calibration state and cancel the calibration. There is a small (£10 IIRC) one off charge to enable inverter controls within the app.

With reference to the charging issues, is the battery in an unheated space like a loft, garage or outbuilding?

DD I do control it with Givtcp as I also use Predbat but I've since disabled Predbat and disabled the api key for Axle as well.

pwdst It's under the stair. I don't think it's temperature related as its a relatively toasty 20 degrees there right now according to my temperature sensor.
I turned the inverter off and then on again (after about 20 minutes) and givtcp reports that battery calibration is off now. My solar is being diverted mostly to the battery now and not to the house which it usually does so I'm suspecting something is seriously wrong with the inverter.

Sorted. My pv/battery circuit had tripped and once reset everything is working as normal now.
