New to this site so, sorry if this has been covered. All was normal until I went on holiday. I came back to find the battery unit had switched off. Pressed the button on the side and it came on (green light) and green status light.
But having had a brilliant sunny day battery is still flat and I have sent all the electricity to the grid. First, why did it switch off and second any ideas why it will not charge.
Hello!! Have you checked to make sure it is set to 'ECO' mode? This will divert all excess power being generated into charging the battery as a priority.
Hi. Thanks for that. reset to eco after doing firmware update but now solar is idle and not getting anything from the panels
ingrampo8 I had to pause the battery for a couple of minutes using the App , then start it again to get it working after updating.
How do I pause the battery?
ingrampo8 on the App go to settings/preferences/show quick setting buttons. Press the play button at the bottom and all the controls come up.
