Hi We've just moved in to this house with solar panels, a givenergy inverter and battery. I've set up an account and chnaged the wifi details on the inverter and the dongle (ithink) but according to the dashboard i dont have an inverter registered to my account - how do i go about doing that as there doesnt seem to be anyway on the dashboard of adding one

JT26 there isn't any way of adding an inverter to your account, that has to be done by the installer when the system is commissioned
if you have moved into the house then you;ll need givenergy support to move the existing inverter over to your new account for you, they'll need proof of purchase, etc
well done for getting the wifi details done. If you install either the "BBC basic" inverter app (android or ios) or RubikCube (android) app you can at least control the inverter locally until givenergy support move the inverter to your new portal account
