I've got a few "quirks" with my AIO, and it's been suggested to me to get the latest firmware. I have previously done this through the portal, but the latest aren't showing for me.
According to this https://givenergy.co.uk/firmware-revisions/all-in-one-inverter/ I should be able to get up to
A620-D620, but I'm all the way back on A616-D616.
Can anyone tell me how I go about updating this?
nvm, I found it in the contact page of all places!
Dash I'm also on 616 and have been advised today by GivEnergy that "616 is the current default and the most available patch without going into beta firmware". I was also told "If you want to go onto a beta patch I need to apply it or you need to be sent the files to manually update - which requires going into the communication area of the AIO so not advised if possible." Long story short, it seems we're both on the latest fully tested firmware.
