Portal Power Graph vs Energy Graph

Can anybody explain what the Power Graph kWh and Energy Graph kWh display and whether Energy Graph total for solar to home + solar to battery + solar to grid should be the same?

The reason I ask is that up to May 2025 they were pretty much the same but from June 2025 the figures began to diverge. From June the Energy Graph solar total is now less than the Power Graph kWh: starting at around 8% less in June increasing to 67% lower in December. These are based on spot data for the day in each month in 2025 with the highest generation. As an aside - is it possible to download these data for a whole month rather than just a single day?

I contacted GivEnergy in December but beyond receiving a support number I've not had any feedback from them.

mdh there are several other threads on here reporting similar issues with the portal graphs and there is a known error on the givenergy portal for problems with data display. It is apparently being worked upon but I guess its not top priority.

mdh Try using Energy Graph (Legacy) rather than the newer version. I've found the data on that matches my supplier's data fairly closely. There is a facility in it to download daily / weekly/ monthly data

For those experiencing issues with the portal graphs, Paul Landregan posted this on the other givenergy forum:

“ There is a trial of new calculations on the Energy flows.
I moved to them last week and so far they look more realistic.

If you want moving over, i can ask teh portal team to addd your data to the trial.”

So sounds like a fix is in test already
