Been trying for several days to speak with support- can’t get AI Rachel to transfer calls because she keeps dropping the line, tried emailing GivEnergy who don’t respond and the What’s app is the next best option to useless. If someone in the support team reads this please try your utmost to contact me. By the way you used to be helpful but not anymore and that needs to shared so others understand that the support just doesn’t exist.

There are lots of threads about this. It is incredibly difficult to reach support, although they do seem to eventually respond to emails. Expect a delay of four to five weeks.
As far as we are aware no-one from Support or indeed the company in general reads these posts.

If you start a new thread about your problem it is possible that Community users might be able to resolve it through peer to peer support.

This is a good advance - any idea when the Inverter firmware updates will appear on the online portal? Do they wait until the next beta release is available??

AndyZ900rs ny idea when the Inverter firmware updates will appear on the online portal?

Guess - it's not that clear. eg The only self-installable (via the portal) version for AIO1 I think is A616-D616. However 617, 618, 619 all exist. Casual reference from helpdesk imply these (anything above 616) is classed as beta. So a new beta release does not seem to mean the previous is production-ready.

Better than rushing it out and breaking stuff I suppose. Suspect that more normal release cycles will resume if they can wrestle control of all support and cope better with volumes.
