Givenergy app

Having had an issue login into my iphone giv app (it didn't accept my login details even though the info was correct)
I removed the app. then downloaded the app from the app store but it didn't install onto the phone.
What happens is when I get to the app in the store the option is to "open" which I do and it goes immediately to the open app page on my phone, what it dosen't do is load the app onto the phone.
Going to the Givenergy web site the site leads you to the app store so I am stuck!

givenergy have gone to sleep like my app

At the risk of tempting fate, the Givenergy app has run flawlessly for the last 18 months on my Android devices, from Fire HD tablet to Android 16 phone.
Some of the data, some of the time, causes a raised eyebrow but it's never, 'not worked'

Does appear that over the last couple of weeks the app has become more reliable at long last. January's monthly and weekly reports seems to have all the info showing every day from 11th Jan. It started going wrong with missing days at the end of September.
Unfortunately, the missing data has not been reinstated in the reports or app, but I might be able to start using the app and reports again now.

Although data seems more reliable now the historical data has not changed. For example on January 15th between 10:00am and 10:30am, according to the charts, my system generated 19.66 kWh! However the inverter data for the day shows the PV Gen Today as 0.8 kWh.

For me the app works and at first glance all the days data looks fine but the solar generation figures don't appear to be correct.
