My system has a GIV-AC3.0 inverter and 2 batteries.
After many months without fault, my battery failed to charge overnight and now, discharge. It remains at 55% SOC
I've restarted the inverter but that hasn't fixed it.
Eco is enabled. Battery is not paused. Winter Battery Conditioning did not occur
Can some kind soul help a computer dummy to problem solve.

Thanks

I've shutdown batteries and Inverter and restarted but the fault is still there.

On the Rubikcube app it is showing Grid Outage (EPS: 230.5v)

John_Bennion check the RCD to the inverter - if that has tripped, it would explain those symptoms.

The RCD to the inverter had tripped and the c/b to 'Grid Metering' had tripped as well.
Back in business again.
I should have checked the c/b's without any prompting. Doh

Thanks guys/gals

Only half solved. Why did the breaker trip? Could water be getting into the wiring somewhere?

There's nothing obvious. There was only a little rain last evening.
If it happens again I'll investigate further
