System idle and fully charged.

Happened to look at my battery while in the indoor room it’s located in and it’s showing fully charged. This isn’t normal as it charges at night 11:30pm to 5:30am on octopus tariff and then discharges. It’s done that for years with no issues. But when I look at the system on the app, the battery is charged and it’s not discharging to help with house load.
This has been happening since 2-2-2026.
Looking at logs. It’s been reporting battery voltage low since 2-2-2026 despite it being 53v.
I can also see a battery soc calibration done by the server on the same day.

I’ve tried a reset to defaults, and no change. FW is all up to date.
Logged a call but that’ll take ages. Is there anything I can do or check?

Sometimes what shows on the settings is not what actually is set (!). Try (on the app) turning Eco off, save changes and then on again and save changes. Or have a look on the web portal - My Inverter - Remote Control, and check the Eco settings. Try turning Eco off and then back on again. You can also check the logs on that page, which might tell you what has or hasn't happened during the recalibration...

AlyBee22 as well as a reset to defaults, a complete shutdown and power up of the inverter can sometimes resolve sticky issues

if a calibration started then the calibration may still be running. Try the rubikcube Android app to see what is happening on your inverter

ChrisLav changing eco mode off and on via portal does nothing. If I put it on pause and then on play, it discharges at about 15w for a few seconds then charges the same rate and then stops again.

geoffreycoan done a full power down and power up. No change. Dont have android devices.

Schedule another calibration from the Portal, it seems very likely from what you have said that one has got stuck and that is preventing normal operation.

Looks like Paul L is changing the system date which seemed to be Oct 2025 for some reason and changing other settings possibly a soc recalibration. Hopefully it will resolve itself soon. I can see it discharging now.
