Batteries continue discharging after resetting to resume

We usually discharge the batteries during the evening if we have enough energy stored. We keep having an issue where after resuming the batteries continue to stay in discharge mode. Last night this happened at 2325 hours just before our charge time slot (2331-0529 hours). At 2331 it went into timed charge mode. We expected this to reset the system as the app would not set the system to resume.
At 0620 this morning I woke to find the batteries discharging to the grid! It took some time but I found (accessing the settings via the cog in the app) that the system had set itself to discharge between 0000-2359. By disabling this the system resumed to its normal state.

Just posting this in case someone has the same issue where one cannot get the batteries off discharge mode - check the setting for timed export.

What kit have you got
What tariff are you on
Has you inverter done any sort of firmware update. Suggest you use the portal remote control page. Visit each setting, change it and save and then change back to what you want and hit save again.

P wasn't sure what you meant by "resume" - I'm guessing you're using the buttons on the app to turn on and off export?
I don't know, but I suspect that forcing export this way is implemented by setting the export timer to 0000 to 2359, then restoring just clears it, which is why a failure to reset left the timer as you found it.
