Just noticed that this is dead to the world, it has likely been like this for around a week as i have been away from home and on return the app says 'last updated 7 days ago'.
It has some connection on its essential supply output via a second consumer unit (lights and the fridge freezer) and these are all still recieving power but the inverter itself appears dead to the world.
All trips, isolators etc look ok, all connections look ok, i have tried to restart everything. I cant see any fuses or switches on the inverter itself other than the rotary one on the underside for on/off (its is in the on position).
Any ideas?

Go to the portal, Inverter Section and run through the latest notifications. This may shed some light over what has gone on.

Nothing recent, only those two, latest one nearly a year ago

StevenFitch as well as the rotary switch underneath the inverter there should be a large red/yellow AC rotary feed somewhere in line with the inverter (as well as separate black DC switches for the the solar panels)
There is a master cutoff switch before that, and likely another trip switch near your EM120 (small box with flashing lights) - if that has tripped then that will stop the inverter getting power

Thanks for the above, all switches and trips are in the correct positions, confirmed power is getting to the inverter (and passing through to the "essential supply" output). There is DC coming down both strings from the panels during daylight. The battery is still alive.
Appears this is just totally dead to the world or some internal fuse has blown.
Waiting reply from GivEnergy customer service after getting through to them on phone by selecting the 'im an installer' option as the AI assistant for customers was talking nonsense.
