Resetting the charging hours

My Octopus Go tariff used to give cheap rate fropm 00.30 to 04.30 so my inverter was set to charge my battery during those hours. However, the Octopus cheap rate is now from 00.30 to 05.30 but when I reset the inverter to charge at these hours, it reverts to the previous settings. Any suggestions please?

Tidesmeet You may have an external agent configured with the old tariff information. Perhaps a smart tariff configured on the GivEnergy portal, but there are various possibilitities such as Octopus R&D.

Have a look on the activity log on the portal remote control page - it should show the settings being updated.
