Hi all, just had solar panels inverter and battery installed. The account is in my name/email and I can log in to the portal. What does my wife need to do to have access to the same information - does it need an installer to set up? We don't wish for her to use my login. Thanks in anticipation, Steve

I setup a shared password group on my phone and put the givenergy login details into that group so my wife can login with the same credentials I do. She rarely looks at it anyway.
