Failure of Timed Charge

My 2 year old battery system was upgraded to 22.94kWh in September 2025 by the addition of a 9.2kWh battery and after an initial couple of weeks of ups & downs has worked successfully up until today when the scheduled Timed Charge did not take effect.
The solar PV charged the batteries OK during the brief sunny interval today but I'm now approaching the 4% battery limit.

Is failure off the Timed Charge a known problem ?

I have emailed GivEnergy and the installer (Synergy Power Ltd) and await their response but in the meantime does anyone have any suggestions for a (quick) fix ?

GeoffEvans Have you checked the logs on the GivEnergy cloud to see if the AC Charge Enable or the AC Charge settings have been changed? You'll find the logs by selecting My Inverter, then clicking the cog icon on the right, to get to the remote contol page. In the top left corner you will see the Jump To Logs button.
