Battery problem

My battery has stopped charging the house. I'm new to this but it was working well. Is there a trick to finding out the cause?

I presume you mean that your battery is charged (has a state of charge greater than 4%), either from scheduled overnight charging from the grid or from solar generation, but the battery is not releasing the charge (i.e. discharging) to meet house load, instead your house is continuing to run off the grid?

In the givenergy portal you need to go into inverter settings / remote control and check what the inverter settings are. If you can post a screenshot of the settings it would help, but main things to check are:

• battery discharge rate is set to maximum
• Eco mode is turned on
• battery pause mode is not set to Pause Discharge or Pause Both
• Battery reserve is set to 4%

Other thing to check is the inverter notifications on the portal, this will show if there has been any error reported
