Battery is at 100%, Eco mode is enabled, DC discharging is enabled but yet I'm still importing off the grid. The pause battery option is also set to not paused.

Burnee Enable DC Discharge is more of a forced-export flag - not sure if that was what you intended.

How much grid import are we talking here? A few watts, or a few hundred watts ?

Never bothered with this feature so far. If you are going to turn it on then you will have to set a time from / to in one of the dc discharge slots. Do you really want to set a period when the battery will drain?,or do you want it to work 24 7. In which case turn it off and leave Eco ON.

Have you put anything in the Portal smart tariff page that might be controlling

I've not got my system automated so it can't be controlled. it's all worked fine for a year since installed.

I saw a similar issue on this forum & someone suggested turning it on. This seemed to fix the issue. Apart from that i aren't sure what else to try.

Could I just check - is the battery full? From the first screen shot you have it set to charge to 100% but AC charge is off - is the battery actually empty?

Burnee so the battery is discharging, but very slowly. (And it does confirm 100%.) So it's not just the eco flag being off but incorrectly shown on the portal.
On my hybrid system, when it's paused it shows 28W charging or discharging. Perhaps 67W is the equivalent on your system.

How about
Turn everything off. DC strings, mains power, battery on/off button, battery DC breaker, and DC isolators, grid breaker in consumer unit etc. There is a correct sequence somewhere. Let all power drain from battery PCB and inverter PCB. say 30s. Turn all back on in correct sequence and it should all reboot

Burnee is this an AIO? 8kW seems quite high.
One other way to inhibit discharge is to have a min. SoC in a discharge slot. Acts a bit like a timed reserve level for the battery. So any of your discharge timer slots have a high minimum charge?
It's worth pressing the little round arrow on the settings in the remote control page, to force reloading from the inverter - sometimes values can get out of sync.

So it turns out on the notifications page that it shows the following. The RCD was tripped which has now been reset.
