Battery not Charging on Giv-Bat8.2

Although I've had no warnings on the App, it appears that my batter has not been charging for several monthgs. I thought it had just tripped out so reset it in February, but it clearly didn't reset and is not functiong. It doesn't charge at all at any time.
I have tried completely ressetting the ystem several times, and nothing changes.
When I hold in the rset button on the side of the battery the light do the following:

1. The status light dimly lights and the LED next to it (the quarter full one) goes green.
2. Then the "quarter full" LED starts flashing green.
3. The status light goes briefly green, and the "quarter full" LED goes off, and comes back on again.
4. Then the status light goes red, and the "quarter full" LED flashes green. It stays like this if I don't switch it off, and doesn't charge at all.

Advise please.
I need to fix this as the days are getting longer and sunnier!

It sounds like the voltage of the cells might have fallen too low and you might require either your installer or a GivEnergy engineer to come and directly DC charge them back within limits.
If your installer cannot help then I guess scheduling a calibration wouldn't hurt but otherwise you will need to wait for GivEnergy support.

Did you try contacting your insurer to ask about fault finding and a possible direct DC charge?

SteveCook That was supposed to be installer. I am not sure if it was autocorrect or a Freudian slip since I have been dealing with insurers recently.
