Battery not charging

Hi all, my battery appears to be working but not charging. Any tips please?

I've already tried:

• healthcheck on Givenergy app (shows no problems)
• making the current time a 'timed charge' slot (didn't start charging)
• reset to factory settings (didn't start charging)
• turning the battery on and off again using the little button on the side of it

The AI that answers GivEnergy phone said need to log a support ticket but the weblink they read out to me doesn't work - or I mistyped it. So if I need to do that, please can anyone advise how.

Can you see your system on the GivEnergy portal page?
Any notifications
What tariff are you on? Is it a smart one?
Are all breakers on?
Is EM115 glowing green?
What does history show on portal page?

Char 39W is close to the 28W my system reports when charging or discharging is paused via the pause timer.

Hmm - just looking at the app now, it shows that I have pause set to pause-charging, but it's unable to show the start and end times for the pause timer.

Just a thought, has the green switch on the opposite side of the battery to the little black button tripped?
