I have 2x 3.6Hybrid inverters and 2x 8.5 batteries. This morning 7o/c the SOC on the batteries was 27%. In spite of a very sunny day when I've exported 28kW, the batteries are only at 60%?? Whenever I looked at the app I was exporting way more than was going to the batteries. What's going on? Are they too warm to charge? I have a Zappi and Eddi but car has not been connected so it's not the former. Any idea's, it was running as expected before. Batteries added about 3 weeks ago.
Batteries only partially charging but exporting loads??
By blundering around on the Portal I've discovered that one battery is at 100% the other at 18 and has not taken a change all day. The paired inverter is on. Any ideas on what to do. Turn it off and on again??!
DT42 Just check the inverters are in ECO mode (Mode 1) and the charge/discharge rates are set to 100% with no timed charge/discharge. If all else fails, go to inverter - settings - reset to defaults on the portal. Good luck!
Tim Ahh they were different. Changed as suggested and we'll see what happens. Thanks soo much!
Odd that they have changed. I was playing with the force charge on the app a couple of days ago and that may have change these settings.
Tim Thanks Tim, that solved the problem. I'm very grateful I thought I had a faulty battery. I'd not change anything in the dashboard so can only assume something I did on the app changed them.
