Hi.

I have a HY3.6 Inverter & two GIV-Bat5.2 Batteries.

Noticed the other day on the app that the batteries were at 0% and not charging. Checked and both were off. Tried switching them back on and they show a red status light with the quarter charge light flashing green.

Two days later the solar panels stop generating anything and the inverter has a green flashing light.

I have tried restarting the inverter through the app and shutting off the whole system but nothing works.

Give energy are absolutely appalling at getting back to me (as in I'm still waiting for a call) so don't know what to do now.

Any suggestions?
