Grid/Consumption Seems Way Off

Hi. New installation (Friday).

Quick one, hopefully (tried searching for similar, haven't seen a thread but please redirect if I have missed one).

The dashboard appears to show no grid import, yet the PV is only generating a few W's now and the battery is at idle. Also, the current consumption is way too low for my actual usage right now.

Is there something (setting or deduction) I am missing here? These numbers just don't make sense.

I think the usual suspects are the CT clamp around the meter tails is either the wrong way around or has come loose

Do you know of any guide anywhere for how it should be set up? I haven't been given any documentation yet (supposed to "follow via email"). Thanks for your reply!

First of all, OP, if you have to ask you are probably not safe doing anything around your CT and/or Consumer Unit.
Just call your installer and ask them to check.
Anyway, looking at the image that you have posted, there is nothing wrong (there is no sufficient info to go either way).
