One of my battery packs (I have two 2.6kw batteries) has developed an issue. It shows a solid red light and a flashing green light and is not reporting it's capacity in the giv energy app or through home assistant. Both say my total capacity is now 2.6kw instead of 5.2kw. tried running the calibration to no effect and I tried cutting the power to the system and restarting it which also seems to have had no effect. Any other ideas while I wait an eternity for giv energy to respond to my big report?
When I cycle the power on the whole system, the faulty battery clicks a few times before the status light turns solid red
