Can I charge my EV on the Octopus Intelegent Go tariff if I have the Zappi or Hypovolt charger but the car isn't listed on their approved list

Yes I believe Octopus support both chargers, I have a hypervolt 3 and that works, although I have gone with Car recognition. A friend of mine has a zappi and uses the charger recognition.

Cully I've got a zappi on charger recognition. Definately works. Never had any issues.

I have a Hypervolt 3 and use that. Works better than the car (Tesla)

Zappi integrated fine for years here.
IOG prefers to integrate with your car these days, but there is an option to integrate via the EVSE still. You need to talk to CS to get the option visible in the app, or use this link - https://octopus.typeform.com/to/rK8at31n#

Mouton Excellent - I'll use that. It couldn't talk to my car (I can't even get the app to talk to it) so I had to find a non compatible car of a similar size so that the system would talk to the charger. Hopefully doing it this way it will still recognise the battery size and charge accordingly

CW Yep. Just choosing a car with the same size battery is the right way.
