You dont say what kit you have
Is your EM115 powered on and glowing green.
Are all breakers in the on position?
Is the battery turned on? If you have one

Isn't FD2320F006 just the serial number of his inverter rather than an error code?

That's the inverter number/serial, FD is the model (gen 3 hybrid), 23 the year, 20 the week, and F006 the number I believe.

SteveCook More a case of you believing the AI summaries Google serve up as "search results" these days 🙁

For people who don't use Chrome/Edge you could try using the "No AI" option on duckduckgo - it basically gives you the useful search results you used to get before AI summaries turned searches into dross.

That's the search engine I use - add a search engine in browser settings, paste that url in and call it something appropriate.
