After setting the battery to ‘Discharge Now’ via the app to take advantage of the evening export rates and then setting it back to ‘Play / Resume’ via the app when the battery is fully discharged at 4%, I find that the next morning the battery isn’t charging.
(I can’t see that the battery will or will not charge after setting it back to ‘Play / Resume’ in the evening because by that time the generated solar is less than the home consumption)
Trying to switch the battery between ‘Pause’ and ‘Play / Resume’ or ‘Discharge Now’ and ‘Play Resume’ the next morning with the app results in an error.
Turning to the cloud via my laptop I can see that both ‘Eco’ and ‘Timed Export’ are enabled and under Battery Options the Discharge Power is set to zero watts.
By enabling ‘Eco’, then disabling ‘Timed Export’ and then setting the Discharge power to 2600watts the battery will start to charge and the settings are then consistent in both app and cloud.
Anyone else experienced this?
