Just went to force export from my app for an Axle event and it says inverter is locked...
Ever since being on Octopus Intelligent Flux last summer (now on Go) it has always said locked to Octopus (which they denied and I could never get GE to sort) .... but it was OK could always control locally ... but not this morning!
Anyone else noticed this or is it something specific to me?

Nil Desperandum Mine's fine and Axle controlled the event and restored some of my setting afterwards

yeah Axle have never been able to control I've always had to do it manually... but thanks for info. Wonder why the problem has suddenly arisen ... I guess I've been forced to SSO but not sure why that should be an issue

You could try deleting and recreating the token since the principal claims will have changed.

Interesting ... the banner saying octopus are in control has now gone and I can force export from the app again! Need to go out now, but will check that all later (and I didn't change anything!)
But that presumably also means you are fully compliant with the T&C's for IOG and IOF 😃

CW I'm just on Go but yes take your point ... not something I worry about though!

Whatever you (or anyone else in same circumstances) do, don't revoke from the givEnergy end first
Always do the octopus (or other 3rd party) side first, then once you can see the lock is removed, then get rid of the permissions from the giv side.

So I do seem to have control back (with a few glitches) and the banner on the web version saying that octopus have control is now gone.
I did wonder if Axle had somehow wrestled control... but given the battery didn't export maybe not. But I'll keep an eye on the next event and not try to force export until I can see whether or not they have control...
