I'm new to this having had my battery for only a week so any help appreciated.

My settings are on Eco Mode with all other options disabled. I have 100% battery charge but my demand for the home is being met by the import electricity rather than my battery discharging.
Also the battery status is 'Idle'

Pause and unpause to see if the charge and discharge value is 0 instead of max

Thanks for your advice. You'll need to bear with me as I'm unsure how to pause / unpause......
Please could you explain how I do this?
It does look like my charge and discharge rates are both on 3000 watts

try this >> select my inverter >>>settings .

hit reset to defaults>>select ECO >> AND ENABLE ..good luck

I am considering turning the big red switch to off - then on again

Did the switch. Still not discharging. Anyone else had this??

Wevvers don't think this will help if the settings have been reset but head to inverter settings and check that battery discharge (rate) is set to max (and not 0). If that is not it then suggest its time to give givenergy support a call.

Wevvers go to inverter -setting - disable the eco - enable the export discharge time &submit because home discharge sometime not work.-go further battery option and set the charge option watts (ex 200/400any ) submit and set the discharge watts (as per ur home use 130/160/200/any as per ur house load and electric equipment used )submit . then battery option and set the watts to charge and watts to discharge ,if you leave full its goes to grid so carefully calculate the house watts and then select discharge watts at home .and submit . and if any comment leave message .

Hi. I think there is an issue with the app 'accepting' the over ride commands as I've had similar problems.

It worked for me when I used the cloud interface and went into the inverter setting via that.

I see we can expect an app update this week coming so will wait and see if the issue is resolved in the app then.

Many thanks Singh but I couldn't understand your instructions so not sure if I did as instructed. However after all this I switched off the inverter with the big red switch, left it off for about 2 mins, then switched it back on - then I reset to the default settings. This worked
